The “and Coffee” coffeeshop has coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks that can be served hot or iced. Homemade Mochi Donuts, Croffles (croissant + waffles), Bingsoo (shaved ice topped with fresh fruit), pastries, and dessert toast pairs well with your drink too.
Katsu fans, get excited!
We add a trademark crispy golden crust to your choice of shrimp, tonkatsu (pork), fish, beef, soft shell crab, or chicken that can be made into a sandwich or added to a salad or rice plate. Inside tip: Order a basket of nuggets, Korean fried chicken, and tater tots for your table.
Think steakhouse but without paying for the pretentious ambiance. We sell better cuts at a lower markup because we don’t have the overhead of a traditional steakhouse, such as a sommelier or linen services. This stall serves the best cuts on a hot stone platter to find your perfect temp. The sides are go-to favorites that don’t need a fancy explanation.
No shortcuts here. At Hand Chop Burger Company, everything is done by hand instead of using a machine. Meat grinders sacrifice flavor for speed, so we hand-chop the meat and grill it to create more flavorful, juicy burgers! Also available: Rice burgers and Korean street toast.
Now Serving: KaUdon, authentic Japanese Udon made from scratch, in-house daily. Flavors include robust broths, curry, or this season’s limited time special. A variety of Tempura pairs adds a nice crunch or could be its own standalone entree.
Each culture has its own version of dumplings. Ours combine flavors from around the world into a handheld that can be steamed, pan fried or deep fried, savory or sweet.
“Bop” means rice in Korean. Rice is a symbol of life and representation of prosperity. Build Your Own bop bowl with a savory protein and mix of fresh toppings. A variety of soups are on the menu too. Healthy and delicious!
